He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on exactly which car I wanted to get. I didn't feel like he was trying to get me to buy "any car"; I felt like he was helping me find the car that was right for me. When I had finally decided on the car, they were able to get it to me in a week. This might sound like a long time, but I wanted a newly released 2015 Golf (TDI, manual, middle trim). They found one on the boat from the factory and reserved it for me before it even made port. I got exactly the car I wanted with only 12 miles on it. Absolutely amazing. The financing department was very helpful too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I'm absolutely in love with the car. More

When it came time I decided that I would buy the 2014 Passat SE as it met my needs - again there was no pressure to buy the car and they truly went out of their way to help me find the price that I was looking for.
