Buying the car at your dealership was a good experience for the most part. Jason, our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Service department is great. Their parts department is not the most helpful. Second parts order with them that I was not notified that my parts were in. This last order was a key and now my car is tellin not the most helpful. Second parts order with them that I was not notified that my parts were in. This last order was a key and now my car is telling the battery is low. Paid over $300 for a key battery to be low on what is supposed to be a nee key. Can’t get anyone to return a message about it either. More
