I went to Bud Browne VW due to the large selection of pre-owned VW's they had on their website. I got there and met Andre BonHomme. He took me right to a section of pre-owned certified Jetta's, after walking through them, and inspecting each one, i found the one optioned the way i wanted, and we took it for a drive. Bud Brown gave me a VERY fair trade value on my 7 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it. I was so excited to get a Jetta just off lease, and Andre and the Staff at Bud Brown made this the... "NO KIDDING".. best car buying experience i have ever had!This is why i have given the ratings i have above. I highly recommend Bud Brown VW in Olathe, and be sure to ask for Andre! More

UPDATE: I received a call from a man who said he was the general sales manager at Bud Brown. His name was Steve Everhart. Now I have been made whole and I really have to thank Steve Everhart at Bud Brown Volkswagen for taking what was going to be my last experience into a possible future Volkswagen purchase. Also the salesmen who helped me, Brian Phillips and Zachary Bruehler were great guys it was just issues after my interactions with these 2 men that made the experience take a bad turn. No pressure to buy, and all the staff I dealt with were very friendly. I felt like the price was fair, and they worked to get me a good deal on financing. Hopefully I will not be in the market for a car again for quite some time, but when I am, I will stop by this dealership first! More

He was happy to show and let us test drive all of the vehicles we were interested in, and he didn't try to push us toward anything we didn't want. He was also able to answer all our questions and tell us the differences between the vehicles we were looking at. By the end of the day, we had found our new car. We were able to come to a quick agreement on fair prices for the vehicle we were purchasing and for our trade-in. Bud Brown did their best to make the paperwork process as painless as possible. Dmitriy made sure I knew how to program and use all the features on my new-to-me car before I drove off the lot. Everyone we worked with was very nice and accommodating. All the service guys I dealt with were awesome! I needed to have warranty work done on my 2008 EOS. The dealership (Molle) where I bought the vehicle did not want to do the work. I had taken it into them to have warranty work done on my 2008 EOS. The dealership (Molle) where I bought the vehicle did not want to do the work. I had taken it into them several times asking for them to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Each time I was told there was nothing wrong. I knew it was a transmission issue (and I'm a girl)!! I called Bud Brown, told them what was going on, they said no problem, bring it in. They kept me in loop with several phone calls to give me updates. I was out of town and when I got back, they still had some work to do and volunteered a loaner...who does that?? NOT MOLLE...they had my car for 5 weeks to repair a "deer injury" they told me 10 days and would not give me a loaner even after they had it 2 weeks longer than I was told. Bottom line, BUD BROWN DELIVERED on their promises and more than met my expectations of what a service department should be. I highly recommend BUD BROWN VW and would encourage all VW owners to stay far away from Molle...... More
