Our nine-year-old car unexpectedly quit on us, putting us in the uncomfortable position of purchasing a new vehicle quickly. She sold us a pre-owned Toyota Sienna, and while this make/model is not her specialty, she was still very knowledgeable and helpful. More than that, she was extremely personable and easy to work with, defying every single stereotype of the "used car salesman." (In fact, she even shared a pizza she'd just ordered with us while we waited to work out the financing details - unbelievable!) Without a doubt, it was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We never felt pressured, manipulated, or deceived. Missy was straightforward, honest, and completely committed to making us happy. As we prepared to get in our new vehicle and said our thank-yous, it was HUGS (rather than handshakes) that ended our evening. We also worked with Frank Marcurella to finalize our financing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the financial aspect but also was able to share detailed information about our new minivan. I was searching for a car to lease about 3 weeks ago on line. I filled out some information regarding what I wanted, my name, address, all the basic info it requested. I was to submit the info and someone would call me, text me, or email shortly. I did not want that so I hit "no thanks". Needless to say, I recieved 3 phone calls and 3 emails. Zach at Bud Brown was the most professional, friendly and non-pushy. He was patient with my and my questions, he answered them. He was never demanding, just friendly during our email interactions. It took about 3 weeks until I was actually ready to test drive. So I set up a time to visit. My husband and I were greeted by a very friendly Joel who introduced us to Zach and then Joel let us test drive a couple of vehicles. We applied for the car of our choice and two days later, we were back in the office with Frank the Fincance man (sorry, I do not remember Frank's last name) signing for our new loan. As much as I hate buying new cars (the one I traded in was 14 years old and I was very attached to it), and negotiating prices, this was a rather easy expierence, pleasant in fact. I went to Bud Browne VW due to the large selection of pre-owned VW's they had on their website. I got there and met Andre BonHomme. He took me right to a section of pre-owned certified Jetta's, after walking through them, and inspecting each one, i found the one optioned the way i wanted, and we took it for a drive. Bud Brown gave me a VERY fair trade value on my 7 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it. I was so excited to get a Jetta just off lease, and Andre and the Staff at Bud Brown made this the... UPDATE: I received a call from a man who said he was the general sales manager at Bud Brown. His name was Steve Everhart. He was very professional, he listened to all my complaints about what I felt was a l general sales manager at Bud Brown. His name was Steve Everhart. Now I have been made whole and I really have to thank Steve Everhart at Bud Brown Volkswagen for taking what was going to be my last experience into a possible future Volkswagen purchase. Also the salesmen who helped me, Brian Phillips and Zachary Bruehler were great guys it was just issues after my interactions with these 2 men that made the experience take a bad turn. I will definitely think about buying a VW from these great people in the future. Again, Thanks Steve! More
