I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bud Brown VW - they have helped me with my last two vehichle purchases and Missy was my sales person on each. I previously have gone to the Stateline Volkswagon Dealer because it was more convenient, but they were booked and I needed to get my car fixed ASAP. So, I reluctantly went to the Olathe dealer. After one vi because it was more convenient, but they were booked and I needed to get my car fixed ASAP. So, I reluctantly went to the Olathe dealer. After one visit, lets just say that I will never go back to the Stateline dealer. The Olathe dealership clearly explained everything that needed to be fixed with my car, and I finally felt like I was treated equally. As an added bonus my car has ALWAYS been fully vacuumed and washed. At the other dealer I was told this was not a complimentary service! The Service Advisors were very friendly and I will continue to come back to this dealer every time I need any service done. More
