I was actually with my sister who was shopping for a used car. I had been thinking of selling mine but wasn't actively looking. Todd was assisting us. When he got to the Jeep Grand Cheokee and the price my I had to stop him. I had always wanted to have one but never could afford one. The price and the car were incredible. We were able to make a great deal that was very easy to negotiate. Paper work was completed quickly and they did not try to sell me any extras. I drove home very happy. Almost too good to be true with just under 10K miles - in mint condition and Todd printed off the carfacts with a clean history and got a great price. Would highly recommend this dealer and Todd was great to work with - didn't feel pressured at all. This was my first time to this dealership looking for a VOlkswagen. Todd spent a great deal of time explaining the cars of my interest, all of this at closing time. First-time car buyer, I found a used car online and came in to test drive and eventually purchase. Todd was very helpful and understanding of my rather sketchy manual transmission driving. After the purchase, the dealer was great in their support: a free servicing when the check engine light wouldn't go off, mailing the title to me out of state, and even tracking down the previous owner to get me an extra set of keys. I'm so glad not to have to pay $500 for an extra magnetic key fob. In going through Todd instead of taking a chance on craigslist, the support alone has made it the right choice. Great car at the right price, top notch customer service. More
