My wife and I are very loyal Volkswagen customers, and we knew we had it good in the old days when Baron VW was around. That dealership was lousy - acting like it was a burden to have to deal with the former Baron customers. But now - alas! Bud Brown Volkswagen is here, and they are just like Baron used to be! The customer is treated extremely well. Our dealings thus far have been with our salesman (Brian Phillips) and the finance manager (Rick Moss). Both of these guys made us feel like our new car deal was the total focus of their day and that we were important to them. They were both extremely friendly. Our salesman was quite knowledgeable about VWs. And the finance manager went out of his way to configure a deal that fit our unique situation perfectly. The whole transaction went perfectly. We can also say, with regard to service, that on two previous instances when we have gotten estimates for service on one of our older VWs, Bud Brown VW's estimates were nearly 30% under the estimates of the "other" VW dealer. We can wholeheartedly recommend Bud Brown Volkswagen. More
Although we did not buy our Volkswagen Passat with this dealership (it was not a VW dealer at that time), they have treated us like long-time customers. They have been friendly, helpful and considerate of dealership (it was not a VW dealer at that time), they have treated us like long-time customers. They have been friendly, helpful and considerate of our concerns and budget. When we have needed to bring our car in for service, they have been nice about working with our schedule. Kelly, our service representative, always communicates with us before the technicians begin doing anything that might cause an additional expense. Our repair didn't take long and I was comfortable waiting in the claen customer lounge. And, it's always nice to leave with a clean car courtesy of the dealership. More
Brian made the experience very easy and fast. He went out of his way to help me find the car we wanted and have it delivered in a timely matter. Brian was great to work with. We never felt pressured, nor did it seem that making the sell was Brian's primary goal. He genuinely tried to find the right vehicle "fit" for us. The prices you find at a dealership often climb higher than what you might find from a private owner. This Volkswagon Dealership proved to me why that is and convinced me that I was getting a quality prod than what you might find from a private owner. I was in for service and decided to kill some time looking at cars. Even though I did not buy, because Brian had such a wonderful attitude, displayed total and complete honesty, had a great down-to-ea looking at cars. Even though I did not buy, because Brian had such a wonderful attitude, displayed total and complete honesty, had a great down-to-earth personality AND really knows his cars, it made me want to buy a car from him. I had the best experience and I am going to try very hard to give him my business no matter what make or model were interested in - we'll call him first. He also was able to allow me to take one of the cars I was interested in, for a couple of hours whle mine was being worked on.The waiting area/lounge was comfortable and clean. Russ, my service rep, was amazing. One does not have the pleasure of experiencing such service and old fashioned respect in this day and age. I actually enjoyed being there. I would highly, highly, recommend Bud Brown. I hope they keep up the excellent work. More

I was referred to Bud Brown VW to purchase a Jetta that I was interested in. I was specifically referred to Mac Mulkins to assist me with the sales process. Mac is an amazing guy that stayed in contact with my for 3 months while I was just beginning my Jetta purchase. He was informative and friendly and not pushy at all. It truly was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I now own 2 VW's and get them both serviced there as well. Bud Brown's service dept. is equally has helpful and friendly and have worked with Jake Watson who is great. I cannot recommend them enough. More
I had been working with a different dealership trying to buy a second, more fuel efficient vehicle. I had found a car I liked, but just happened to e-mail Jared about a car at Bud Brown. It turned out the car I inquired about was not a good fit for my needs or budget, so I was waiting for the other dealer to call and finalize the purchase of the other vehicle. Before they contacted me, Jared called me back and suggested a different, newer vehicle, with fewer miles that would comfortably fit in my budget. My schedule was extremely tight due to a business trip I had to take, but Jared took care of me at every turn and didn't waste a second of my time. He even met me in the parking lot, keys in hand, so I could test drive the car. This was the easiest, most pleasant car purchase I can remember. I couldn't be more satisfied. More
