Jared did NOT waste my time in taking the car for a test drive, then meeting with the finace manager. Jared made my car buying process seamless! Exactly as it should be. I have since been in for my 5,000 mile service in which your staff's customer service is also impecable. Jared has made several follow up calls to make sure everything was still doing great with the car. We just bought a pre-owned VW Routan last week and our experience was great. After briefly stopping by on a Friday night and talking with Brian we were back the next morning and had all the papers signed experience was great.
