Worst experience, I brought the car in for a battery, I called ahead for an appointment and they said I didn't need one. 2 hours later when I asked when I would get my car Steve said oh an hour. I said I called and they told me to bring it right in no problem and he proceeded to tell me oh we are way too busy. I asked why I wasn't told that and Steve said it is a Monday. When I finally got my car it had a light that said check engine. When I said what does that mean, the tech told me I had to bring it back to find out why?? I asked them to please check it now and they said oh we can't you need another appointment for that. That is really really sad and terrible service. Steve has really gone downhill on his customer service! Also, I waited outside because people inside were not 6 feet apart and some weren't wearing masks. More

Steve listened and acknowledged that I knew what I was talking about. I had pretty much diagnosed the engine of my GTI and asked him to check for vacuum leaks.
