I didn't appreciate how I was talked to when I came in. It was very condescending almost like my concerns about my car were ridiculous. I'm not sure if it was because I was a woman or if he was having a ba It was very condescending almost like my concerns about my car were ridiculous. I am not sure who I worked with because we both had masks on. But from the list below it was not Kelly, Steve or Norman. So I believe it was Tom. If it wasn't him I apologize but like I said due to masks & just needing to be quick on my visit I didn't get his name. More
