Steve, my usual service advisor is awesome, however, for this service appointment Steve was working with someone else and I had to deal with Kelly, apparently the service manager. From the get go I felt he this service appointment Steve was working with someone else and I had to deal with Kelly, apparently the service manager. From the get go I felt he was condescending and put out that he was dealing with me and I felt overly defensive.
