Really liked the car I bought but this is the first car of many that I have bought that didn’t come with a full tank of gas and I had to purchase floor mats. I asked the sales manager to throw in mats but of many that I have bought that didn’t come with a full tank of gas and I had to purchase floor mats. I asked the sales manager to throw in mats but he said I could purchase them at his cost. I ended up buying them at a different VW dealer. Also Jeffery was a great sales person and even detailed the car himself. Don’t you have a detail crew?? I came very close to canceling the whole deal the next morning when I picked up the car. I am hoping if I use your service department they will give me good service. More
