Not a fan of the customer service with my assigned advisor. The guy who greeted me on the drive I think his name is Steve??? Was great. My appointment was made with a loaner vehicle with no comments o advisor. The guy who greeted me on the drive I think his name is Steve??? Was great. My appointment was made with a loaner vehicle with no comments or concerns about me getting one & when I get there they said they “ save them for current customers, not new ones” but still have me one after interrogating me about why I need one. Being a service advisor myself, that would not fly with the team I’m in. Other than the write up process my vehicle got in and out quickly. More
