Genuine, honest, and thoughtful service staff I recently brought my 2011 GTI in for service. I had some general maintenance items (oil change, tire rotation, clutch bleed), preventative maintenan I recently brought my 2011 GTI in for service. I had some general maintenance items (oil change, tire rotation, clutch bleed), preventative maintenance items (timing chain tensioner replacement), and a diagnosis to abnormal noise (turned out to be an exhaust manifold gasket). Steve Hill was my service adviser and has been for all of my cars service at Bud Brown. He is wonderfully communicative, aims to inform and place his customers at ease. Throughout the 7 days that my car was at Bud Brown for service (it was over a holiday and a weekend), Steve kept me informed of the progress, diagnosis, and even continued to work with me on getting the best price for the repairs. As someone who cares for their vehicle and does their research, I was treated with respect and can honestly say that Steve respected my knowledge and worked with me to understand what components of my service were highly recommended vs. something that I should pay attention to. I will continue to bring my car to Bud Brown for service. He also made sure that the correct technicians were assigned to the vehicle to provide the right level of service and knowledge that my vehicle needed. More
