I don't live in Kansas, I live in Japan and own a Subaru. I have asked to be taken off of their mailing list before, but Bud Brown keeps sending me emails, usually about once a month. One time, I even called I have asked to be taken off of their mailing list before, but Bud Brown keeps sending me emails, usually about once a month. One time, I even called the dealer, and asked to be removed. They said sorry, and sounded sincere. I think someone with the same name as me or at least similar just wrote their email address quickly. I am sure Smokey and Ty, does a great job, as this email webbased survey certainly is better than my Subaru dealer here in Japan. So please don't take this comment that they did not do there do job properly, they are doing a great job, just please delete me from your email list as I don't even live in the country. I saw the vehicle online and went there for a test drive. Right after we (my friend and I) parked my previous car at the dealership, we met Mike who greeted us and asked if we needed help. He took us the the vehicle I saw online but then suggested me another similar Ford Explorer. I really don’t regret it. It was a total satisfaction after I got into it. I told him with no hesitation that I preferred the one he suggested me. I felt in love with the vehicle. Secondly, we really enjoyed time we spent there. He was so friendly and helpful for getting all this information we needed and he really took his time, really. Thanks Mike the if you read this. Overall, this was a great experience. Now I’m just enjoy riding my new Ford Explorer. I definitely recommend buying a vehicle there. More
