Passat TDI purchase I drove 3 hours to Kansas City after doing thorough research about the Volkswagen Passat TDI because the area had the highest volume of pre-owned Pass I drove 3 hours to Kansas City after doing thorough research about the Volkswagen Passat TDI because the area had the highest volume of pre-owned Passats. By chance I visited Bud Brown Volkswagen. The dealership had a good inventory and I did find a Passat that met my needs. I had a very average sales interaction, but ultimately bought the vehicle because I knew what I was looking for. Missy was very attentive and considerate of our time and expedited the process to the best of her abilities. After driving off the lot and about 20 miles down the road, the check engine light came on. Needless to say, I was upset and somewhat concerned that I had made a bad choice in purchasing the Passat. I spoke to the Manager (Pete), who knew I had traveled to buy the Passat. He did not hesitate in getting me in a loaner vehicle and sending me on the road and back home. The service department fixed the issue with the Passat, and delivered the vehicle three hours away to my hometown. All in all, I would recommend Bud Brown Volkswagen to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new or used Volkswagen. More
