I purchased a 2011 Tiguan a month ago. Sam worked with us, listened, and provided a solid buying experience. The Tiguan was a great purchase and has already been to Colorado and back. A couple weeks ago, I noticed wet floor boards and headliner. I took it in, worked with Tom and got the problem solved. While waiting for it to get fixed, Kelly offered up to give me a ride back to my house while the car was being fixed. I returned later to pick up the vehicle and was told by Tom that he had discussed it with Kelly and the fix was on the house!
