Customer Service -Aug 2019 Bought a 2015 Tiguan. Car would not start on day to drive home and Sale person had to jumpstart the car. That was a bad sign . After driving the car Bought a 2015 Tiguan. Car would not start on day to drive home and Sale person had to jumpstart the car. That was a bad sign . After driving the car home it would not start and I had to call the delearship and left a message and noboday called me back the next day. Glad that i still had my old car to use. I took the car back to the delearship who had the battery checked and replaced it . The car has not had any other issues but am always concerned if something else might fail to work. Delearship has room for improvement on customer service and follow through. I would still recommend this place because the sales contact was helpful during the initial buying process. More

Service is good as well, they fixed a minor issue on the car and were quick and gave my car a complimentary car w A fairly straightforward experience. Worked with Max and he was very knowledgeable We drove 3 hours to look for vehicle we wanted. We showed up an hour before closing and Max took us for our test drive.
