The dealership refused to honor the advertised despite it being state law that they have to do so.. I was messaging the dealership all day stating I wanted to purchase this vehicle for the price advertised. Several hours later the employee I was messaging with lied and said there was 3 bidders on the car and he was sold to the highest bidder. The car was not sold , it is on the dealerships site for sale for a higher price than advertised Friday May 19th 2023. The same employee I have been messaging via the car dealerships messaging option, I gave them the option Friday May 19th to pay me the amount the car was advertised for originally $1071 if they didn’t want to honor the advertisement which they denied but the employee I’ve been messaging the entire day then asked me my password for my paypal he said he wanted to see something I explained that’s not needed to send funds and he persisted on it so I gave him password and he never paid me, I changed my password therefore and insisted on knowing what he wanted my paypal password for if he wasn’t going to pay anything and he has ignored the questions countless times. I at this point am willing to do whatever it takes to get the car that I am entitled to at the price it was advertised when I found it on May 19th 2023 for $1071! More

The worst customer service from AJ. I brought the car in for a exhaust recall and my car hasn't run right since. We brought it back for him to check his work and he says another mechani I brought the car in for a exhaust recall and my car hasn't run right since. We brought it back for him to check his work and he says another mechanic messed it up. No one has worked on the exhaust.he told my other mechanic to F off. When we looked under the car is not even the right exhaust there is bolts missing. And there is a flex piece that's not supposed to be there. We are taking it to Puyallup to get the work checked out there since auburn will not help us. They charged us 120 dollars to recheck their work. And won't take responsibility for the recall work. This is causing hardship because my car is my job. If anyone has any ideas that's not going to cost us more money I would gladly accept it More
