I offered and my trade became valueless (not what KBB and Carfax said) then the financing options all changed. I may not have great credit, but I have never heard "the miles are to high on that car" Do yourself a favor just drive right by and visit anyone else. More
Charles hart service manager is a liar Brought in my 2003 dodge truck to be diagnosed. They told me it was 02 sensor that needed replacing. They also told me my pickup had four of them Turns out I had two. Brought it to my mechanic. It was not anything close to what service depot diagnosed. I had it fixed st hiline repair. I sent all receipt to service manager Charles hart to ask him for my $100 back for the misdiagnosis. He promised he would review my receipts and get back to me Six emails later nothing. Very poor service quality. Very very poor customer service. Charles hart is extremely low in my opinion More

Great Experience I had my Caliber towed to Bud Clary as it had broken down on my way to a company meeting. I believe it was Ross in service department that assisted me I had my Caliber towed to Bud Clary as it had broken down on my way to a company meeting. I believe it was Ross in service department that assisted me in finding out the issue with my car. He provided constant communication and when is was decided it was the transmission that was shot, he researched every option on how to repair the car. Unfortunately it was unable to be fixed, Ross referred me to a salesperson to see if they could do anything for me. I was leaving for vacation that Friday (Car was in shop on Tuesday) Ross was so accommodating, letting me leave my car on the lot until I returned. On Sunday, my father and I came into the dealership to make arrangements to have the car towed. That is when we were introduced to Travis. Travis made purchasing my new car easy and stress free. He listened to what I was looking for, what my budget was and was diligent in finding the right car for me. I was looking for a used car, low miles, and a low payment...Travis found it! I LOVE my 2011 Hyundai Sonata...just love it! Thank you to Travis and the entire Bud Clary team. Thank you for making customer service your top priority! More
