Customer No Service This dealer was given days advance notice that I was coming in to pick up an ordered truck. After a long flight, I arrived the dealership at 3:45. T This dealer was given days advance notice that I was coming in to pick up an ordered truck. After a long flight, I arrived the dealership at 3:45. They weren’t expecting me, truck wasn’t even PDI’d, no fuel, not cleaned, and the parts department was closed, so they couldn’t even get DEF fluid to fill up the tank. The manager that was given notice of my arrival didn’t bother to come out of his office to introduce himself. There was a lady at what appeared to be the reception desk who asked to help us. We were not offered water, coffee, or even shown where the waiting area was. We sat outside the front of the dealership at a broken round table in the front of the store. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to attempt to get the vehicle ready. Finally, the guy who was cleaning the vehicle, handed me 2 key fobs and said,” everything you need is in the back of the vehicle, enjoy”. As I was loading my luggage and trying to leave, the original lady at the desk who waited on us, came out in the rain and asked if she could show us anything about the vehicle. This dealer is pathetic and shouldn’t be in the business. What a s..t show! More

Some other dealers had a similar truck marked up $2000 over sticker price! Our sales associate, Lan, was a joy to work with and was extremely knowledgeable on Ram trucks. She was much more knowledgeable than other salespeople we talked with at other dealerships. Lan went the extra mile for us and has followed up letting us know when the service department will have our truck ready for pickup! Gene in service was very good on answering a couple of technical questions. Robert in the finance office was great. More

Friday afternoon maintenance Okay, okay . . . I asked for it. Just a routine oil change maintenance and the last time I came there was an Express Oil Change line. But no more. Okay, okay . . . I asked for it. Just a routine oil change maintenance and the last time I came there was an Express Oil Change line. But no more. So it was Friday afternoon after work and I didn't want to come back the next day on a Saturday so I got in line, talked to my sales guy and watched a lot of television. I miss the Express Line and food service. But - hey - we're here for the car service, right? And even though it wasn't in and out, the service was professional grade both on intake at the service writer and the actual work on the vehicle. It always seems to run smoother after a service. Probably the tire pressures being equalized, the fresh oil or just my imagination. Anyway, I felt well-treated and so did my van. More
