Jerrell approached us immediately and showed us the Hyundai Accent which ended up being the best fit for me. My friends see me driving that car and agree that it suits me perfectly. He was friendly and funny and it was a joy working with him. The day I came in they were short staffed but still managed to get everything done for us with care and I really appreciate that. Beware! This weekend I went car shopping for a new 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I browsed many dealerships looking for the car I wanted at a good price, and Auburn H This weekend I went car shopping for a new 2016 Hyundai Tucson. I browsed many dealerships looking for the car I wanted at a good price, and Auburn Hyundai had one listed, so I decided to stop by. The price on the Tucson was great, and I knew it was the exact car I wanted, so I asked if I could see some rough numbers on what payments would look like with an average credit score. The reason I wanted them to use an average credit score is because I did not want them running my credit if we were not going to be close in regards to where I wanted to see the payments, my trade value, etc. While I was giving them basic information to set up my profile in the system they asked for my address, phone number, income, SSN,.......... SSN? Yes! Instead of setting up the profile like they told me they were, they were actually filling out a credit application and were going to pull my credit. In case you don't know, it is illegal for a dealership to pull your credit without your signature on a privacy statement, as well as a release to actually pull your credit. Auburn Hyundai had me sign neither of these. DO NOT GO HERE. They are not transparent with their processes, are not friendly, and are impersonal. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any car lot! More

My New Genisis Coupe, Wow! The car is more than I expected. It's just what I was looking for, for my Birthday Present. I love the way it handles,the way it looks inside & out.
