They talked in detail about a trade-in, and my parents offered to pay a deposit on the vehicle in order to make sure it would still be there when they arrived. They were told “don’t worry about it, it’ll for sure still be here”. After all that driving it wasn’t until they made it to their hotel room late the evening before that they were sent a text saying the vehicle was sold. Such a waste of time, money, and energy. Just incredibly poor customer service, very disappointing. More
