OK, not great They were helpful and professional for the most part. We ordered a spare tire kit and was told that it would be available in a week to ten days. After 2 weeks we called Keith 3 times and he has not responded. Bob, the finance person was a little grumpy and seemed resentful that we got any discounts. In his defense, It was late in the day and he was probably tired. The reason I would recommend this dealer is that it was the only one I could find using the Costco program. More
