The dealership was easily accessible and someone was available to help me as soon as I walked in to the service department. My service writer was thorough friendly and extremely helpful. While waiting talked to a few salesman and they were pleasant as well. Also had a chance to chat with Dan G. Which is always great. As long as I have been dealing with this dealership for service and maintenance it really sucks that you all take advantage of your customers the way you do. I came in intending on getting my oil changed a service and maintenance it really sucks that you all take advantage of your customers the way you do. I came in intending on getting my oil changed and wanted to look at a set of brakes for my front tires. I was quoted $850 for the “average” price by a gentleman by the name of Bailey and despite just wanting to get the little things I already had planned taken care of I had a million other things brought to me that were extremely overwhelming. When it was all said and done I was charged right at about $3000 for services that I don’t even know about. It truly sucks because I immediately had a FRIEND that cared tell me I could’ve gone to several other facilities to buy brakes for less than 50 bucks and he would’ve installed them for free. I can easily say I will not be returning. More
