This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Michael Charrey was our salesman and he was the best. He was extremely knowledgeable on every aspect of Volkswagen. I had a great car purchasing experience at Bud Clary, BUT after that it went down hill. The service department needs to do much better. I’ve had multiple bad experiences, long wait times when dropping/pickin after that it went down hill. The service department needs to do much better. I’ve had multiple bad experiences, long wait times when dropping/picking up my car. My car was finished & no one called me to let me know as they stated @ drop off. I called them @ 4pm to find out what was happening. My car was finished but they were unable to send a shuttle because that service ends @ 4pm, which I was not told about prior. I pay $35 for an Uber to get there & wait almost 20 mins to talk to an asst manager. They did provide me with free car washes & 2 free oil changes, which is great, but this is one of many issues I’ve had with this department within this dealership. They don’t offer loaner cars, fyi. And when you call to make an appt, no one answers the phone. I will be finding a different VW dealership to take my car to. More
