We originally located our car on CarFax. Audrey, our sales representative, was able to immediately show it to us. We test drove it and a couple of other cars. I particularly liked the business manager Marshall. He explained the paperwork and did not pressure us to add on optional services. The only negative thing I have to say is the gas tank was only about a quarter full. When I questioned that, Audrey told me that only new cars were sold with a full tank. That cost saving measure definitely left a bad impression. In all other areas, I would recommend this dealership. More
