The dealership was 2.5hrs away-- I let them know before that I don't want my time wasted to come see a used vehicle that wasn't as portrayed online. Lee at the dealership said she would look it over as if she was going to purchase it herself-- sent me pictures of a complete walk-around of the vehicle and agreed to have a door ding repaired because the paint was chipped. When the chip repair didn't turn out well- they took the vehicle to a body shop to have the paint match on the door. Not the normal used car sales pressure tactics-- even the various warranty offers through finance wasn't high-pressure (although expected). just an all-around great car buying experience so you can actually enjoy your purchase of your new vehicle versus feeling like you have to survive the dealership gauntlet. Pleasant used car sale! We had been looking for a used truck for our son and had been to several dealerships. We even drove to Michigan to look at some trucks we saw advertised on the internet. Our experiences at these dealerships was disappointing to say the least. We drove five hours to find that the trucks were not as advertised, and they were not willing to deal. What a waste of an entire day! We then saw a truck on the internet from Bud's, and my husband called and spoke to Saleasha about it. He explained what we expected the truck to look like from the ad, and that we would be driving two hours to look at it. She assured us that it was a very clean truck and sounded just like what we wanted. We drove up to Bud's to look at it, and Saleasha met us as we were getting out of our car. She had the truck right up front for us to look at, and it was exactly as advertised, and just what we were looking for! We took it for a test drive and then settled in to talk money. They were very willing to negotiate with us, and we were very pleased with the results. They even offered to drive the truck down to us, if needed, since our bank was already closed for the day. This was not necessary, as they were able to get us an even better rate on the financing and complete all the paperwork that day so we could take the truck home. This did cause them to have to stay late, and another salesman, John, offered to stay and help us get finished, as Saleasha had a wedding to go to. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help. Even the people that we did not directly work with all said hello when they passed us. It was definitely the best experience we have ever had buying a car, and we will definitely spread the word and encourage people to go to Bud's. It was well worth the drive, and we were all very happy, especially my son! Jodie Douglas More

Didn't really need it, but SHE thought so!!!!!!! We have dealt with Matt in the past as he has worked with us on service and warranty work on our other Jeep. We were kinda of looking around and Matt had the color of her choice on the lot. Cheryl's 2 previous vehicles were also Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. So, that's what we were looking for. Matt had it ready to show us and also for us to drive. She liked it and said that's the one. Matt had a lot of talking to do and did so with a smile and his knowledge really helped to convince me. We called him the next business day and said we would be up to get it later in the week. We met him and went over all the gizmos again, he showed us around the dealership and explained the operation. He explained the service procedures and as in the past, he will be there to assist. Matt even offered to convert her CD'S for her. We met with Kylie, the business manager and she had all the paper work ready and made that a very simple process, even though I had to spend my "Fishing money" for my wife's Jeep! This was the third attempted vehicle purchase at buds. It's never east there but this was the straw. Vehicle sold out from under wife. Salesperson said ok I'll call you right back. Waited 3 hours for call back. Wife received a text saying other buyer found other financing. Completely unprofessional. It's never easy at Buds. More

I had a great experience at Bud's. Lee was awesome to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received an immediate e-mail from her when I sent in a question about the truck even though i to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable. The next day we e-mailed back and forth a few times and talked over the phone and I decided to buy the truck from her even though it was a 2 1/2 hour drive. It was well worth the drive to get the excellent customer service that I received. I love my new truck and if I decide to purchase another new vehicle I would more than likely make the drive over there again. Thanks Bud's !!! More

Stopped by Tuesday approx. 1520 for an oil change and to inquire about a recall notice on my vehicle. Arrived on time for my appt, the service tech took my keys and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I thought to myself that the repair must not take that long. I waited a little over an hour and my service tech walked through. He did stop to let me know he was getting the paperwork together right then. Approx 1130 I went up to the service window. I asked the lady if she would find out how much longer it was going to be. She took my name and went out into the work area. When she returned she told me that the tech was doing my paperwork right now. I told her he said that to me approx. 40 mins ago. She turned away and I asked for her name and wrote it down. The tech came out shortly after and handed me the paperwork and walked away. I asked of his back, "where do I pay?". He gestured towards the service window and left. Another gentleman who was waiting told me my oil change should be free. I paid at the window and left. I will never take my Jeep there again. There is a dealership in a neighboring town. I have no idea what the recall was about or how long it took to fix. I hope the oil change was done since my service reminder was never reset. More
