Great car buying experience I had been looking at getting a Buick Verano and had researched that car for a couple of months. After testing driving the Verano and coming very clos I had been looking at getting a Buick Verano and had researched that car for a couple of months. After testing driving the Verano and coming very close to purchasing I decided to take one more look at comparable cars, and I’m glad I did. I looked up the ILX on the Acura website and saw that it came standard with a lot of the features I had been interested in the Verano for. The very next day I went to Buerkle Acura for a test drive. I just wanted to confirm that purchasing the Buick wouldn’t give me buyer’s remorse. Instead, I made the decision pretty much on the spot that I preferred the ILX in so many ways that I decided to pull the trigger. I’ve now had my ILX for just over a week and I don’t regret my decision at all. Graig Wallace was the salesperson who helped me. He took the time to not only go over the features of the car, but show me how some of the technology worked. My last car purchase was a Mitsubishi that had lasted for 15 years and 220,000 miles. I drove out Buerkle that day with a car that had only 22 miles on it and I am looking forward to my ILX lasting just as long hopefully. In the past 15 years, vehicles have added a lot more tech, so Graig brought me up to speed on what the car could do for me. My previous car didn’t even have cruise control and now I have a car that helps warn me about so many things I wonder what I did before. The main reason I like the ILX over the Verano is because it has a much sportier feel to it. I can tell I’m going to enjoy driving this car for a long time to come. I went for a model with the Technology Plus package, but not the A-Spec. There were a few items on the A-Spec I liked though, but didn’t want to pay for something I knew wouldn’t make much difference to me. The dealership gave me a personalized package of the items I wanted (rear spoiler, splash guards and remote start) at a very good price. I also have to say, that after checking several car buying sites (TrueCar and Edmunds) I found my pricing was on the low end of the graphs so I know that Buerkle gave me very aggressive pricing. I should also mention that I came into the dealership with my financing pre-approved at 2.71%. Buerkle worked to match the same rate but with a few better options through Acura Financial Services. I couldn’t be happier with the final deal I got on everything. I can’t recommend Burkle Acura enough, and both Graig Wallace and Dan Phillips (in Finance) that helped me out. All in all a 5 out of 5 from me. More

Buerkle Cost Less For Service I own a 2004 TSX and now a new TLX. In my new TLX car buying experience, Bloomington Acura ticked me off with dishonesty which amounted to me buying a I own a 2004 TSX and now a new TLX. In my new TLX car buying experience, Bloomington Acura ticked me off with dishonesty which amounted to me buying an extended service contract bundled with OW-20 oil changes every 7500 miles for 10 years/100,000 miles. They told me those oil changes were $100.00. Later that day I called the Bloomington Acura Service Department who quoted me $62.00 for OW-20 and filter changes. Yikes, I didn't get the deal I thought I did. The kicker is that Buerkle Acura quoted the same thing for $45.00. Even worse, I have what I believe is called number 4 service due on my 2004 TSX. Drive belt, spark plugs, valve adjustment, water pump etc.. Buerkle quoted me approximately $900.00 and Bloomington almost $1200.00. Assuming all the great service reviews for Buerkle Acura aren't a fluke, I will now do anything that cost money at Buerkle Acura for as long as I live in MN. I hope this helps anyone considering where to do their Acura service at in the Twin Cities. More

Best customer service EVER!!! I can't say enough about the kind, helpful, and easy-going sales person, Greg Stoltman!!! We found the vehicle we wanted... talked to Gregg in the morning, told him we were driving 3 hours to see this vehicle and he put a hold on it for us!!! They worked with us making it possible for us to bring our new baby home rather than having to make another trip back with the paperwork from our credit union... really, we would recommend everyone to visit their website... check out their inventory, and visit for a test drive just so you can experience this group of people!!! There are very few businesses that treat customers this well!! PS... though I wouldn't recommend car shopping with a toddler we didn't have a choice... the staff were so sweet with our son... really put us at ease!! Enjoyable afternoon and well worth the drive!!! Oh and the bonus... our vehicle was priced on the low side to what Kelly Blue Book suggested... More
Top Notch Purchasing Experience Buerkle Acura, and specifically Mark Schiller, made the process of buying my new car a complete breeze. I was referred to Mark and Buerkle by a frien Buerkle Acura, and specifically Mark Schiller, made the process of buying my new car a complete breeze. I was referred to Mark and Buerkle by a friend and I can see why. Of the three dealerships in the Twin Cities, only Mark and Buerkle actually seemed to be prepared for my test drive. They were flexible and attentive. The MDX was waiting up front for our test drive after Mark walked through some of the features of the model inside the building. He made sure all of my questions were answered and I never felt any undue sale pitch or pressure. The sales manager followed up the visit with a note thanking me for my time. I still haven't heard back from the other dealers. I felt like I was a valued customer at Buerkle and not just another sale. During the test drive Mark really did an excellent job of showing me all of the features on the MDX. He had the full route planned out ahead of time and made sure we had places to show the car's excellent handling and safety features. The dealership is very clean and modern. The waiting area is nicely stocked with water and a number of different k-cups. They've never really kept me waiting either. The only time I had to wait was when they were putting my plates on after I purchased the car. They also took the time to give it a wash and clean the floor mats. Nice touch. The purchasing process was a breeze as well. I didn't feel like I got the run around during the negotiations. They weren't out to waste my time with a highball offer either. The financing process was also a breeze. I really can't think of a single negative thing to say about any step of the process. They were really that good. It's hard for me to compare to past experiences since this was the first new car I've purchased. If this is any representation of how well I'll be treated as a customer, I don't see any need to shop at any other dealership in the future. Thanks Mark and Buerkle. More
