Dan is very knowledgeable of all the Acura vehicles, thorough, courteous, patient (it took us a while to make decisions the first time around) and not pushy. He gets the job done -- done efficiently and done well, from start to finish and beyond! Dan made sure my MDX was all set up just the way I like it, gave me personal step by step instructions on using all the features my MDX offers and has even been my 'go-to man' when I can't figure something out long after I've left the dealer with my vehicle. He has taken many calls from me, willingly and cheerfully! As I mentioned, this is our second Acura and we couldn't be more thrilled as our experience has been outstanding since we have been doing business here. I would (and have) highly recommend this dealer to anyone! And when they ask who to ask for, my answer will always be Dan Phillips! More

We bought a 2012 MDX Tech package on July 2. This was our first Acura, so we were not that familiar with the car (although we did the usual homework with Consumer Reports, etc.). We had visited another Acura dealer before coming to Buerkle. Mark Schiller and the rest of the Buerkle team made this a simple and painless process. They more than matched the deal from the other dealership, and were very easy and friendly to deal with. I am looking forward to working with the service department for all our service needs, and to buying future Acuras here as well. I will recommend Mark and Buerkle to friends, too. More
I traded my 2004 MDX Touring with a 2009 used certified MDX. About a month later, my wife and I decided to trade the 2009 MDX Tech/Entertainment package for a brand new 2012 Tech/Entertainment package. B MDX. About a month later, my wife and I decided to trade the 2009 MDX Tech/Entertainment package for a brand new 2012 Tech/Entertainment package. Both trades were with Greg Stoltman and it was probably the easiest and quickest process ever. Got Excellent trade in values and best service from Greg and his manager. Excellent sales team! I will definitely continue to do business with Buerkle Acura again and again! Thank you and our family loves the new 2012 MDX. More
We have purchased about 10 cars together so far. This is one of the worst experiences we have had. The sales person we initially worked with was dishonest about the Costco pricing program. We tried working directly with the sales manager who was equally disrespectful. The two of them intentionally made us unnecessarily wait (as a sales tactic) an hour to get our car appraised while they sat in the office together and laughed. They only finally came out when we showed up back at their office asking for a status update. I guess they failed to see me walk by several times to observe that they were doing nothing but shooting the breeze and disrespecting our time. Then they had the audacity to egregiously low-ball the appraisal of our trade in and were so disingenuous in their apology for making us wait. Story ended well though. We got a great deal at White Bear Acura that same day. For informed buyers who value their time, are financially savvy and want to be treated with respect, I highly recommend going to White Bear...regardless of where you live, it is worth the drive. Twice now we have received a significantly better financial deal on both sides (buy and trade in) as this is the second time we have started our car search with Buerkle and ended up buying at White Bear Lake. Save yourselves hours, aggravation and disrespect by driving straight to White Bear Lake (or try Bloomington) if you are in the market for an Acura. More

Scheduling service is always done quickly and service scheduled in a timely manner most convenient for us, including a loaner car, if needed. Details of the service are communicated openly from the moment of drop off through completion and delivery of the vehicle. This visit, I was especially impressed with Eric Lundquist, Service Manager, as he kept me updated on the necessary service and expenses while at the dealership, and followed through via telephone after service. Buerkle Acura has a service department beyond compare! The sales representative that we work with is Mark Schiller. Mark continually goes well above and beyond in service to his customers not only during a sale but for years after. He is one of the reasons that we continue to be loyal Acura customers. Mark and Eric were able to obtain a substantial discount from the factory on a service issue (air conditioning) that was not a factory issue. What a delightful surprise! It was wonderful to pick up my MDX following service today. It was cool, and had been cleaned inside and out. Thanks! More

After testing drives of Audi, Lexus, CRV, Range Rover, I finally came back to Buerkle. From the 1st call in October to the application of my new tag last week, AJ has been there! Despite my hectic international business travel schedule, AJ worked endlessly to close the deal. Never applying pressure, but always using the power of persuasion and ensuring that my needs are strengths of AJ. He is definitely customer focused and commits to deliver and goes the extra mile to ensure you realize this is really a buying experience with you at the center of the deal. More
