Buerkle Acura

My wife and I were originally looking for a new RDX. I went once on my own, and a second time with her, to test drive the RDX and have Mark explain all of the features. Even though we are young (in our mid-twenties), he was extremely helpful, friendly and professional, and never questioned what we could afford or was rude. He was also never pushy, even though we came twice to test-drive, and when we left the second time, he wasn't even sure that we were going to buy an RDX (we were also looking at other makes/models). He simply said to let him know if we were interested, and he hoped he could earn our business. We ended up getting a slightly used 2011 RDX that Buerkle had in-stock instead, and Mark was still able to work with us on the used vehicle (we really didn't want to work with another sales person). Our experience with the business manager was great as well, Kurt was professional and never pushy. After our purchase, there were some problems with the financing paperwork through our credit union and we had to go back to the dealer twice to re-sign paperwork. The business manager was very apologetic, and after we came out for the second time, he filled up our gas tank and threw in some SWAG for our trouble, and even offered a car wash (he volunteered all of this, we never asked for any of it). Overall, we were extremely pleased with the entire process, and would definitely return to purchase another vehicle from Mark and recommend them to our family/friends! More
