Tony answered every question I had (being detailed myself), I didnt walk away wondering anything about the vehicle. Was supplied proper paperwork to transport vehicle to Canada, all processing was very seamless ... the documents were sent as requested to the Customs border / myself to make this transaction as easy as possible. Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tony and the dealership to anyone to this dealership ! This dealership is extremely professional in how they carry themselves as a dealership and their manors on how they treat their customers that are purchasing or there for their vehicle maintenance. Always checking in to make sure that your are taken care of ... advise if they are delayed for any reason .. always keeping you "in the loop" of what is going on ! The dealership was extremly clean and orderly which is important - it shows how the sales team care about their work place as well as Buerkle Acura management. I drove from chippewa falls wisconsin to look at a used RL acura that i found on their web site. Upon arriving, it started to rain and i do mean like a down pour. My sales person was tony peterson and he went out into the rain and drove the car from the lot and into the building so that i could look at it. Tony then went over every detail of the car and its technology package. When we went for a ride, i was very impressed with how well it handled in the heavy rain. Being an all wheel drive it should come in handy next winter. The negotiating over price and our trade in was just as smooth as you can get. There was no high pressure sales tactics or a closer that came in. I bought this car for my wife and she just loves it and wants to thank tony for the pink acura coffee mug. I purchased my car from Buerkle and have had it serviced there ever since. Both the purchase and the subsequent servicing have been great experiences. The service person discusses in detail with me what they have found and is willing to also discuss what needs fixing now versus what can wait. They will also provide a free loaner car with a full tank of gas. All they ask for is that it be returned with a full tank of gas. This makes it very easy to drop the car off for the day instead of waiting in the waiting room (which is also very nice with TV, newspapers, phone and internet service). There is also a shopping mall across the street so you can drop the car off, do some shopping and then pick the car up when its done. Service and parts are also open Saturday which is handy. More
