I walked on to the lot in 2008 just looking at cars and met Rick Thomas. It was my first day even thinking about a new car, no plan to sign anything. Having someone who was so honest and straight forward was a breath of fresh air. I purchased my vehicle that day and will only come back to Beurkle for any car service I need. Everytime I'm there, I receive the same great customer service. Rick somehow always knows when I'm coming in because he makes it a point to come say "hi" and to ask how I'm doing. He even sends me birthday cards! He is the only person I recommend to friends looking for a great vehicle. I know Rick will absolutely take care of them. Over the years, I feel like he's become an uncle to me! I come from a customer service based company and its wonderful to see other companies as focused on building lasting relationships. He wasn't there when Tony agreed, but he should have honored the price Tony agreed to... Tony tried to make it up to me with a free detail, and Sandy gave me an oil change and car wash. They were great, but I was disappointed in the Manager's decision. More
