We understand that our offer to cover the cost of a rental vehicle overnight so the work could be completed then next morning or the other options that we provided to try and take care of you and your Honda, were not acceptable to your situation. We also understand that other facilities have available appointments same day or next day – our loyal customers have kept us extremely busy throughout the pandemic and we are one of the very lucky stores to have the extraordinary task of needing to grow during this time, which we are working on diligently to take care of our exceptional growing customer base. As background info on pricing, please know we have nothing to hide with our pricing. The "ad blocker" you mention seems to be the Unlock Pricing tool on our new vehicles. We understand you would prefer completely open pricing, and this feature is the closest we are able to offer. Just input contact information and you will be able to view pricing for all new vehicles. We also apologize if pricing has been unclear on a specific vehicle you were looking for. It is true that extremely similar, even identical-seeming new vehicles can have different pricing. We pay the factory for these vehicles and the cost can change from batch to batch within the same model year. We do apologize for any lack of clarity when you were working with our sales staff.
