Great buying experience! I can't say enough great things about my experience yesterday buying my Honda CR-V!! I already had a 2013 Accord Sport and liked it quite a bit. I did the trade for two reasons. I drive about 40,000 miles per year so there would be some fuel cost savings, but also I wanted more bells and whistles than the Sport offered. Buerkle seems to be training everyone well. Since their used car evaluation didn't meet our expectations and knowing Buerkle was part of the Costco Auto Program, we loaded up our two kids and drove over. We didn't have an appointment and the phone system was out that day and were 'assigned' to Paulo. It was the best thing that could have happened to us! Paulo was up front, pulled the numbers right away and gave us the information we needed without the hassle. After Buerkle's used car evaluation came back higher with the Memorial Day financing, we decided to purchase. Paulo was very flexible with our purchase and our financing. He was very patient with us and had our Odyssey ready for pick up by the end of the week. True, Buerkle isn't as close as the other dealer, but our experience and their service made it worth the trip. More

Buy or lease I went to Buerkle Honda to some comparisom shopping on prices for a new Odyssey. My dilema through the car buying process was to lease or buy. I found Meghann at her desk and she politely welcomed me to sit down and discuss the purchase of a vehicle. During our discussion, Meghann was very honest and upfront about how dealerships operate and how vehicles are priced and obtained by the dealer. We talked about the lease vs. the buy debate and she gave me great insight on the pros and cons of each. The next task was to decide on the make, model, color and options. We decided on and Odyssey because of the great success that we had with our previous 99 Odyssey and the credability of Honda Motor Corporation as they stood behind me when an issue did arise with the 99. The color and options I chose were not available in Buerkle's inventory. That is where Meghann went to work to find out if one was available, she found one at another dealer in town. Unfortunately, the other dealer sold the vehicle. Meghann then went to work again to help us decide on the vehicle we ended up leasing. Through the process, Megann kept us informed of what was transpiring as we moved through the process. Her honesty and knowledge were invaluable resources. More

Excellent Experience After visiting a Honda dealer and test driving the 2014 Accord in both 4 and 6 cyl, I had made a decision on the model and knew which accessories I wa After visiting a Honda dealer and test driving the 2014 Accord in both 4 and 6 cyl, I had made a decision on the model and knew which accessories I wanted on the car. At that point, I asked for quotes from five dealers in greater TC area over Cars.com. Paulo returned my quote faster than all other dealers and placed a follow up call sooner than any other dealer. After waiting for the other quotes to come in (one dealer did not respond to the request for a quote), we made an appointment with Paulo and negotiated the final deal which included Paulo matching the price on the one accessory that had been more expensive in the Beurkle quote. The Honda financing offer was also better than my pre-qualified rate from my credit union. On the way home, I changed my mind on the color of the car and Paulo was very gracious about the change. When we went to pick up the car a couple days later, all the paperwork was completed waiting for my signatures and then Paulo took us through the electronics and safety equipment on the car. He repeatedly offered to let us call with any questions. Throughout the entire experience, Paulo was friendly and professional - a joy to work with. More
