Just a note to let you know how pleased we were with our recent purchase of a Honda Civic and our outstanding sales person Meghann Welch. By way of explanation, I entered the new car search with much deliberation due to the fact that the Honda CRV I was driving performed so well for us over the 7 years we had owned it. Loved the car and was reluctant to part with it. I would have to say that after working with Meghann and viewing all the available makes and models it became obvious that the time was right. She spent countless hours with myself test driving and explaining all the different options we had. Never felt any pressure to buy, or that I was "burning up" her time. I had quite a few requests in that we were trading in the CRV and I wanted to be sure that we were receiving an equitable deal on both the CRV and the Civic. All our requests were met and then some. With the help of Dudley Peterson the sales manager at Buerkle it all came together. After deciding to purchase the Civic, Meghann went thru all the options on the car and how to use them. We left Buerkle Honda in our new car feeling as though we had received the best deal possible and had also made a new friend in our sales person Meghann. When we got back to the dealership, Scott said to my wife, "I have a surprise for you". He walked away and came back a minute later with a couple of donuts from Grandma's Bakery.
