When I walked into the showroom I had many questions, in fact I was there for 3.5 hours and Chang Her patiently answered all of wanted another Honda. Scott Steinberg is a thorough and thoughtful sales person who could not have been more helpful in our process of leasing a new Honda Odyssey. Throughout the process, he did not resort to canned questions or who could not have been more helpful in our process of leasing a new Honda Odyssey. Throughout the process, he did not resort to canned questions or overly rehearsed sales speeches, despite the fact that he clearly knew everything there was to know about about the various models and trims we were considering. He listened carefully to our needs and wants, never trying to hard sell us on an "upgrade" we did not want or need. He was flexible with our schedule and worked well within the time frame we had, even when that time frame suddenly changed. Even when a minor glitch in the pricing of our vehicle occurred, one that in no way was his error, he immediately informed us of this concern, and went out of his way to make his best deal with us, constantly reassuring us that not only had this been out of his control, but that he would make it up to us anyway. For all of those negative stereotypes that exist concerning car salesmen, Scott Steinberg provides the exact opposite. He is conscientious, concerned, experienced, and patient with his us during and after the process. Chang Her recently provided an exceptional new vehicle buying experience for me.
