We (my wife and I) were pleased with our buying experience through Paulo at Burkle Honda. He was professional and answered all questions we had about the Honda Civic. Paulo was busy with another customer and it was quite awhile before he could help us. We understood and he did let us know that he would attend to us when he was finished. I do not know what Paulo could have done better, but maybe the dealership in general could have asked us if we needed anything while waiting. As far as purchasing the car, it was well after their closing time to complete everything, but we did not feel rushed or hurried. Overall, for buying our first new car ever, the experience was quite satisfying. I would recommend buying a car through them, and I do plan to look at their vans within the next year. More

He did not hard sell us upgrades and accessories that we did not need, but he did make us aware what was available. He understood our needs well. At pick-up we had both agreed that we needed to get done early because we both had Friday night plans. But he was so detailed at showing us all of the features of our Odyssey that we ran over our time and he seemed ok with it. He really knows the Honda Odyssey inside and out. More

I was intimidated by the process of buying a car because I had heard horror stories from my friends about how the process could be stressful and lengthy. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, however. Not only was the process speedy, but Honda was able to answer all the questions I had in regards to pricing, leasing, and the like. I was particularly impressed by the service provided by Meghann Welch who really went out of her way to make sure I received the car that I wanted and had a complete understanding of all the nooks and crannies involved in my purchase.
