We returned to Buerkle Honda because of the exceptional experience that we had with them in the past and with the Honda vehicle. This time around, our sales person was Chang Her. We were very pleased with the way Chang handled everything from our first visit to our follow up e-mails and calls, and finally our purchase of our new Honda Civic. Change was very professional, and he went over and above what we expected, and he made our car shopping experience a good one. He was not pushy and went out of his way to make sure we had the color and vehicle that we wanted. We plan to return to Buerkle Honda to work with Chang again. More

I was intimidated by the process of buying a car because I had heard horror stories from my friends about how the process could be stressful and lengthy. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience, however. Not only was the process speedy, but Honda was able to answer all the questions I had in regards to pricing, leasing, and the like. I was particularly impressed by the service provided by Meghann Welch who really went out of her way to make sure I received the car that I wanted and had a complete understanding of all the nooks and crannies involved in my purchase. We are typically skeptical and untrusting of car salesmen. Working with Paulo, we found it easy to build rapport and trust. He was not your typical sleazy car salesman. We also liked that after the sale, he said we could call him with any questions. Our only "negative" was the first price he gave us was about the same as everywhere else. However, after we were able to negotiate a lower price with another dealer, he was able to offer us a bit better. Overall, we really enjoyed working with him. More

Paulo Neish is as friendly, thorough, and cooperative and any auto salesperson could be. By nature he seems to be a very stable, outgoing, enthusiastic person who connects instantly with the buyer and earn any auto salesperson could be. Being a "techie" doesn't hurt, because of the many high-tech features on the modern automobile, which Paulo is able to explain very clearly and with relish. He's got a great sense of humor and is a genuinely warm person because he seems to actually like people and dealing with them. Juston Anderson also did his job in a very frank, open, businesslike, and friendly way. He explained thoroughly and fairly the pros and cons of the extended service warantee, which we opted for, though for most consumer items we've always shied away from. More

Apparently the "money" person doesn't make it into my review, so I didn't reflect that experience in the score, but that part of the experience was less pleasant; Tim repetitively asked me to consider an option to which I had said "no" and I was given the impression I was being unnecessarily difficult or just downright stupid by not opting to pay more. Still, a great dealership and an overall good experience. More

Chris was an excellent salesman. Although we ultimately went with a different make of car, Chris was a really great guy to work with. We were considering Subaru, Honda, Toyota, and Ford, and it came down to the Subaru and Honda, primarily because we liked Honda's product, but also due in large part because we wanted to buy a car from Chris. Ultimately, it just didn't work out, but we would definitely recommend Chris Gable to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Honda or just shopping around. More
