I purchased the vehicle at Buerkle Honda through Costco and was pleased with the service. Paulo was able to get the color car I wanted. It had to be secured from somewhere else in the Midwest. I traded in a 2003 Honda Odyssey EXL on a new 2013 Honda Odyssey EXL and had a fantastic experience. Meghann was a real pleasure to work with. She went out of her way to provide me with information, test drives, etc. In addition, due to a change in my work schedule, Meghann came in at the last minute on her day off so that we could do the paperwork and I could pick up my new minivan one day earlier than we had scheduled for me to do so. Meghann was extremely accommodating and patient and helpful. I had a very positive experience and will definitely recommend Buerkle Honda, and Meghann in particular, to my friends/family. More

Rachel was superb to work with in the purchase of my first new vehicle. Rachel and Dudley were great to work with as we explored the option of leasing a new Honda CR-V. As we explored our financial options, Dudley offered valuable insight into the value of the car we could have (CR-V) versus the car we currently had, as well as comparisons against the other makes/models we were considering. We feel we are paying a very fair price for the car that we got. Shopping for a new car can be a pain, but Rachel and Dudley made the process smooth and enjoyable. A few months ago we started looking for a new car. We had stopped by the dealership in White Bear, talked with a customer & he told us how helpful Paulo Neish salesperson is. Paulo was so helpful in pointing out all of the features on the Honda CRV. In talking with a neighbor we found out that Paulo has also been his salesperson always & has been really pleased. So, when we were more serious about buying a car a few weeks ago, we went back to see Paulo Neish. We will be ready to buy another car in a few months & Paulo will be at the top of the list that we will go back to see for it. Everyone there is very friendly and accommondating. My new Honda experiance started at another Honda dealership in the metro. I left that dealership with a bad taste in my mouth and went back to the internet to explore other options. I ended up finding Buerkle Honda and requested an online quote for a 2013 Honda CRV. The quote came back almost immediately from Paulo Niesh. The price he quoted was less than the "best price" at the other dealership, so I decieded to work with Paulo. I travel a lot for work, so we emailed back and forth about the exact model I wanted to purchase and set an appointment for Friday morning to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership Paulo had the vehicle washed and ready. He spent some time getting me aquainted with the CRV and setting up the bluetooth for my iPhone. He also took time to get to know me and my wife who was not present. We signed some paperwork and then it was on to the finance office. I was not financing through Honda, and I was not pressured to switch financing. I usually don't purchase the extended warranties, but the finance manager explained some benefits and made it work price wise so I went for it... we'll see how I feel about that later. Once I left the finance office Paulo put the plates on the CRV and I was ready to go! The overall experiance with Paulo and Buerkle Honda was fantastic! We love the CRV and are now true Honda believers. We will be purchasing any future Hondas through Paulo and Buerkle. Highly recommended! More

There were no surprises and everything went smoothly. His work ethic and "can do" attitude made all the difference. I personally believe there is nothing more he could have done to make my purchase better. I have purchased other new cars in the past and my experience with Rick Feist was far and away the best. More
Brought it in for many items to be serviced. Water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, transmission fluid change and coolant change. The repairs took 2 days longer than promised. Their complementary car wash timing belt, spark plugs, transmission fluid change and coolant change. The repairs took 2 days longer than promised. Their complementary car wash broke off one of the windshield wipers and badly scratched the vehicle along the side of the windshield. Their paint repair job wasn't very good and when I pointed that out, I was told "I'm not sure what I can do for you". The service advisor took me to the body shop area but the body shop folks wouldn't come out to talk to me about it. They gave me a paint job warranty document and took me back to the service area. That was it. Transmission fluid was about 1/2" below the minimum fill level after their change. Also the coolant was almost 1" below the minimum level. Total bill was $2400+ so I would have expected better than this. Would not recommend them or go back. More
