In the past I would would have rated buying a new car next to getting a root canal. When my wife and I decided to buy a new car we compared four cars and manufacturers. We decided on the Honda Accord E next to getting a root canal. When my wife and I decided to buy a new car we compared four cars and manufacturers. We decided on the Honda Accord EX-L. We chose Buerkle Honda and were met by Rick Feist. Rick proved to be extremely knowledgeable, not only about the Accord, but about the other vehicles we were complaring as well. We double checked not only what Rick had to say, but what the other salesmen had to say about their vehicles and their competitors. Our current vehicle is 14 years old and has 210,000 miles on it. We plan to drive our new Accord until we can no longer drive or our kids take the keys away from us. Should we ever need or want another vehicle, we would not hesitate to go to Buerkle Honda and ask for Rick Feist. The whole process was relaxed and unpressured. After searching for a Honda CR-V over a period of 7 months I stopped by Buerkle Honda to review their inventory. Tom Capra graciously helped me. The car was in excellent shape and Tom was straight forward about discussing a sale with me, but allowed me the ease to answer my questions and to avail himself to help in any way. As a woman I am always on the defensive with car salesmen. I returned the following day with a family member and further explored the buying possibility. Further discussion about purchase, credit options, and financing were discussed with Matt O'Brien. Both men were extremely comfortable to deal with. Because of an unexpected family death at that time both men were willing to hold the vehicle and give me the time needed for this concern. I am ever grateful for this car buying experience - I love my CR-V and highly respect the customer assistance that was provided by both these associates. You can shop with Scott and never receive any high pressure sales pitch. He's helpful and well-informed and he answers all questions thoroughly and repeatedly, if desired.
