Buerkle Honda

My experience was overly really great. This is the 3rd time I've purchased a car from Buerkle Honda. I initially had an issue with a salesperson (not one of the people mentioned above) and when I spoke t time I've purchased a car from Buerkle Honda. He assured me that the person I spoke to was a great guy, but kind of new, so Dudley and Jim Raff took over from there and all went very smoothly. I felt very comfortable with them and well taken care of! More

In December 2012, we were looking to purchase a new Honda Civic and I wanted to trade in my old 2003 Honda Civic. The overall experience at the dealer and with Chang was hassle free and very comfortable. We talked with Chang about our needs and right away he showed us the vehicle and we went for a test drive, no "salesmanship", he just got us in the vehicle for a test drive. There was no overselling, no haggling, it was a very easy process and at the end you felt like they wanted the process to be smooth for you. In the end Chang made us a great deal on the Honda 2012 and gave us a very good price on the 2003 Civic, so although I was prepared to, I didn't have to haggle. Chang is a very nice, down to earth guy and not the image of the stereotypical salesman. Overall a nice experience and I would come back to purchase another vehicle here. More
