I've rated Scott a 5 all the way through because he was not only friendly, but he was very knowledgeable about the Honda products in general, and the CR-V in particular. Due to a change in family situation, I needed another car right away. When we were searching for the SUV make we were going to buy we fortunately met Paulo Neish at Buerkle Honda. He showed us the SUV's Honda offered and we specifically liked the Pilot EXL. We then contacted Costco for their recommendation for a Honda dealer and were thrilled that they recommended Buerkle. We reconnected with Paulo and arranged satisfactory pricing for the features we desired. He found an available blue unit and today we spent an hour plus going over the vehicle features before purchasing it and taking it home. Paulo Neish gave us his number and working hours before we left the showroom floor and asked us to call him if we need more help or have questions. The entire experience was very satisfying. More
