I have been going to Buerkle Honda for repairs for maybe 20 years or more for three hondas. Also bought my 2000 Honda from Jim Raaf. We contacted Costco regarding their car buying program. Costco sent an e-mail to us and Jim Raaf contacted us by phone. From that point, the entire experience from beginning to the time we drove our CRV o Costco sent an e-mail to us and Jim Raaf contacted us by phone. My folk's first experience in dealing with Buerkle began in 2004. When they were ready for a new car, I convinced them to take a look at some alternatives to the usual GM lines. Over the course of the next 8 years, they enjoyed their Accord for its dependability, were very pleased with the (recommended/routine) service work performed at Buerkle, and always felt good about the people they dealt with. So, when it came time to look for a car that would be easier to get in and out of, I took Mom back to where she was familiar - Buerkle - and she proudly drove home that day in her new 2013 CR-V. We appreciated working with Jim Raaf, as he thoroughly knows his products and was very patient in explaining everything. Thank you, Jim, you helped make the car buying process easy.
