My wife and I went looking for a vehicle to replace her old car; this was our first trip to a Honda dealer. He pointed out all the features to the vehicles, as well as addressed any concerns we may have had about anything. HE actually listened to us and what we were looking for, he even honestly answered questions about comparable vehicles from other manufacturers. Since he has worked for other dealers in the past we felt he had a true and accurate knowledge of the different vehicles out there, not just Hondas. He clearly enjoys cars and enjoys what he does, he was very excited about the Honda name and the product they sell. Given that level of excitement and enthusiasm, coupled with his obvious knowledge of the cars on the lot, we felt comfortable buying from him. He made the entire process easy and simple, he even tracked down the right color that we wanted. Overall, our experience with Josh was a 10 out of 10.
