The whole experience was great from start to finish! They had the car all cleaned and waiting in the delivery bay when we arrived. The experience was wonderful and stress free! Scott called the next day to see if I had any questions after showing me all the bells and whistles at the delivery. We came into Buerkle to browse around your Used Car lot. We were greeted by Craig Ulven. He was friendly, yet not over-bearing. Your lot was accessible so we could drive around and look at the cars. When we found some we were interested in, we were glad to find them open, so we could get inside them. When we saw a 2011 Honda Pilot we were pretty certain this was the car we wanted, yet still loved the Ford Escape. Craig made it possible for us to drive both cars, on our own, while we could continue to discuss our "Do we want three seats still or not" dilemma. We left the dealership with Craig's card and no pressure. We went to several other dealerships after that, and let's just say became MORE impressed with Buerkle. We called Craig to see if he'd be working the next day, because we wanted to buy a car from him. That evening after doing some more research, and talking with our father who was funding this car as a 50th birthday present for my husband, we decided to look at new cars. The next morning we looked at a number of other cars at other dealerships: Tahoe, Terrain, Acadia, Pathfinder, Highlander, yet still could not get the Honda Pilot, nor our desire to work with Craig who'd earned our trus,t out of our head. We returned to Buerkle that afternoon and talked with Craig, (who we realized at that point didn't work in new car sales). He sent us down to new car sales with the assurance that they would be amazing to work with. He was right. We started working with Scott. Now we knew basically what we were looking for but had lots of questions. Two of our twenty-something year old, car loving sons met us at the dealership. Scott made all four of us feel a part of the selection process. Our test drive with Scott was filled with questions, all of which he answered knowledgably. His love for Hondas was a great selling feature too. (This was our first experience with them.) As we zoomed in on our choice and started the purchasing process, Scott was incredibly accommodating with our questions and unique financing situation. Our work in the business office with Justin was also a great experience. When it came time to get our car after its detailing was done, Scott again took his time while familiarizing us with our new vehicle. He helped us synch our phones, and understand many of the Pilot's features. We have already, and will continue to sing the praises of Buerkle, and the people that we worked with there. This experience started as a wonderful gift from parents, and concluded with the wonderful experience of working with the Buerkle staff...not to mention, driving away in our much-loved 2012 Honda Pilot! Scott Steinberg was a very knowledgeable and friendly.
