Adam was very enthusiastic from the get go. He did not pressure us but instead wanted to know what he could do to make it happen for us...and he did! ....Then on a rather wet day we picked up our new 2012 Pilot and he was almost as excited for us as we were...he was bound and determined that everything be in mint condition----despite the wet weather and it was. We went in just to look and Chang spent several hours with us helping us look at the CRV and the Pilot in order to compare their features. He was outstanding at explaining the new features and the new with us helping us look at the CRV and the Pilot in order to compare their features. He was outstanding at explaining the new features and the new technology in the vehicle.(If you haven't bought a car for awhile, you will be amazed.) My wife and i found that most valuable. Chang sold us on the quality of the Pilot and its features, but he never pushed us for the sale. He basically let the car sell it self as he explained these features. I would recommend him to anyone.
