I had an appointment at Buerkle Honda to get my oil changed at 11am. I came in at 10:30am and told them that I had a tee time for golf in Wisconsin at noon could they see about getting me in earlier. My husband and I were in the market for a new mini van. We had been very satisfied Dodge Caravan owners (5) since 1990, but after doing a little research decided to compare and test drive a Honda Odyssey. There was NO pressure and NO game of "checking with the manager on pricing", just a very pleasant, personable, honest, informative approach to sell us the Odyssey.
