This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Buerkle Honda and the people there are one of the reasons I keep coming back!!! Rick Feist was a delight to work with. I looked at 4 diferent small SUVs. Rick was knowledgeable about all the brands and could nicely point out the differences. He never said anything negative about the other vehicles and I felt no pressure in purchasing my new CRV. The quality of the Honda CRV cannot be beat. I chose my options and felt comfortable I had made the right decisions for me. I felt I got great support from Rick. The biggest surprise was it arrived here a lot earlier than anticipated and I am enjoying this new ride. Rick has done great follow up which I really appreciate. I also worked with Scott Bohnen on finanacing and again could not have been more pleased. I wanted the extended warrenty and felt no pressure to get that. What can I say - Buerkle Honda is just a great place to buy a vehicle and the people who work there are the reason. More

He was incredibly honest, to the point where he convinced me I didn't need the Touring over the EX-L with RES. I was overwhelmed by his candor and friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, they weren't offering what we wanted for our trade-in (they weren't the only ones), so I went to another dealer, but I have already HIGHLY recommended Chang and Buerkle to everyone I know and encourage anyone in the market to visit Chang. He will take care of and look out for you. I didn't feel this way from the other 4 dealers (Chrysler and Honda) I visited; I felt like I had to take a shower after dealing with some of them.
