I was worried about the typical things people say about car dealers, but this was such a relief, and Jeff made this such a pleasant, worr experience. Jeff made our customer experience his top priority, and I really felt that I was given a great price on my new Honda Civic. I was not pressured into buying extras I did not need, and was given very fair prices on the extras I could use. Jeff really helped me through what was financially suitable for myself, and I am so thankful I came to Buerkle Honda. Every person we spoke to at Buerkle Honda was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating to what I wanted and needed. I brought my mother with, who has bought many cars in the past, and she was even surprised at what great service we were given. Jeff showed me every feature in the car, and how to use them. This is something I would have needed so much extra time to figure out, and was extremely helpful. These are things my mother has never had experience with other dealers. Other dealers have never given my family the time, and personal touch that Jeff, and Buerkle Honda did.
