I would happily recommend both the dealership and the individual salesperson, Jeff Glackler, with whom I worked to affect the lease of a new Honda CRV. I arrived at the dealership with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, and was never pressured off of that position. I drove two different models and was made to feel welcome at all times. The leasing process was literally the easiest experience I have ever had where an automobile was concerned. All of my questions were answered quickly and with candor, again, even if that meant potentially less commission to the salesman. I've not picked up the vehicle yet, but I can safely say that if driving the CRV is as easy as the leasing process was, I expect I'll be back in three years' time for another go-round. More

We had a good experience with Jim Raaf when we bought our daughter a car. He was responsive to our needs and professional in the way he dealt with us. This was my first purchase from Buerkle Honda. I found it to be a very pleasant experience from the friendly greeting of the receptionist to the final signing. Rick Feist was great to work with. I never felt pressured or rushed and Rick was very helpful in showing me how to use some of the car's special features and even helped me with using my iphone. Rick encouraged me to use the technical features, write down any questions and call him in a week and he would meet with me for further assistance. This was a great car buying experience. More

This is the 4th Honda I have purchased from Buerkle and for good reason. In my experience, the people have been straight forward with no high pressure tactics. The previous sales person I had worked with had retired so based on the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Scott Steinberg. He took my previous positive experience to a new level. He actively looked for discounts for me -- first after he found out I was a retired 3M employee; then he inquired if I was a Costco member. I did not realize I could get a Costco discount at Beurkle but thanks to Scott's thoroughness and true customer service orientation, I did get the Costco discount (and it was substantial). Scott was also fair in helping me obtain the best allowance for my trade and was exceptionally thorough in explaining various aspects of our transaction as well as all features of the car I purchased. Scott, as well as Matt Smoyer in the service department, are two important reasons I continue dealing exclusively with Beurkle since the mid 90's. More

Adam was a superb salesperson to work with. We chose the Buerkle dealership because of the Costco discount we could use there. During purchasing, both Adam and Scott, the finance person, ensured our satisfaction every step of the way. I don't regard purchasing a vehicle to typically be a pleasant experience, but this experience was very pleasant. The process went very smoothly and quickly. I would recommend the Buerkle dealership, for their excellent process and Adam for taking the extra steps to understand just what we wanted and making sure we received it. More
